In preparation for their two FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in Kigali, Rwanda, the Super Eagles will inaugurate their camp.
The final squad will be announced this week by Eric Chelle, the head coach of the three-time African champions.
The list might include some unexpected additions. The 39-man provisional squad was announced by Sekou Chelle last week, and the list of players who will play against Rwanda and Zimbabwe includes a few fresh invitees.
Nigeria, now ranked fifth on the log with three points from four games, will play Rwanda on March 21 to begin their World Cup qualifying campaign. Four days later, they will face Zimbabwe at 5:00 p.m. at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo. The 2013 African champions need to win both games.
